Scope of Work:

• Operational volume planning to ensure production availability to support steering of sales, production, and inventory.

• Timely planning and reporting of weekly, monthly forecasts and actual reporting of pipeline as required for various stages of the volume planning channels/ process.

• Preparation of preparing the analyses and reports for budget volume planning, retail and production centralization.

• Supporting preparation of business plan related information, market report/ trend analysis including volume, segmentation, competition, macro-economics for the market/ region.

• Supporting preparation of special specifications and editions, as required through the product life cycle.

• Participating in discussions/ meetings with stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are fulfilled.

• Financial analysis and evaluation of upcoming planning cycles, profit optimization on a market level and sales allowances support and analysis. Service Prerequisites

• Competence to analyse the data and visualize it using Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi)

• Competence to work with different IT platforms and solutions and support analytics

• Ability to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data and analyses results;

• Service delivery steering by qualified personnel possessing a minimum of Bachelor degree (Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or Management) with 3-5 years of working experience in the automotive industry, region middle east to be preferred
