Warehouse Coordinator

Description:

A reputed organization, Kraft Haus Middle East, is looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator for its operations in Ajman. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates who have practical experience in warehouse environments and a desire to take leadership in logistics coordination.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily warehouse logistics, supervising packing and shipping processes, and ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely handling of inventory and documentation. The role requires hands-on experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise inbound and outbound shipments ensuring quality and efficiency

• Inspect products for quality, handle labelling and packaging processes

• Accurately maintain inventory records and prepare documentation for goods movement

• Schedule drivers and coordinate with transport teams for timely deliveries

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and systematic organization of the warehouse in compliance with company standards

• Collaborate with other departments to support logistics and supply chain functions

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the UAE

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu; Arabic language skills are advantageous

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email communication, and basic handling of office printers/scanners

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment

• Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of taking initiative
