Warehouse Executive

Description:

Sterling Parfums Industries LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Executive – Finished Goods (FG) to join its operations team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in finished goods warehouse management, inventory control, and FMCG distribution who can ensure efficient warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

The successful candidate will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and export shipment activities while coordinating with multiple internal departments and logistics partners. Applicants with strong organizational skills, knowledge of SAP ERP, and experience managing FMCG warehouse operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage finished goods receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

• Coordinate local customer deliveries and daily dispatch schedules.

• Support international FMCG export shipments and related documentation.

• Ensure accurate picking of SKUs, quantities, batch numbers, and packaging requirements.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and reconciliation.

• Update warehouse transactions and inventory records using SAP ERP.

• Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, Customer Service, Transporters, and other internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO practices, warehouse documentation, safety standards, and housekeeping procedures.

• Monitor shipment and delivery status while resolving dispatch discrepancies promptly.

Requirements:

• Experience in finished goods warehouse operations and inventory management.

• Knowledge of FMCG export shipment processes and documentation.

• Proficiency in SAP ERP or similar warehouse management systems.

• Strong understanding of inventory control, SKU management, and stock accuracy.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and logistics partners.

• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
