Warehouse Incharge

Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper / Warehouse Incharge to oversee and manage daily warehouse activities. The role requires an organized professional with the ability to maintain accurate records, supervise storage and dispatch operations, and ensure smooth inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete inventory management, including accurate receiving, storage, and issuance of goods
• Inspect incoming shipments thoroughly to verify the quality, quantity, and correctness of items received
• Organize storage areas to maintain safe, secure, and accessible arrangements for all goods
• Prepare materials for dispatch, coordinate with logistics partners, and guarantee timely deliveries
• Keep accurate documentation of all inward and outward stock movements
• Enforce strict safety standards and maintain cleanliness across warehouse operations
• Collaborate effectively with departments such as Purchasing, Administration, and Pre-Sales for smooth workflow

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience working as a Storekeeper or in a warehouse management role
• Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
