Functional Fitness Supply is currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team at our warehouse facility located in DIP 2, Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on warehouse experience who can manage inventory, support project material requirements, and ensure efficient logistics and delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and monitor the project management system to identify material picking and dispatch requirements.
- Accurately pick, prepare, and stage materials for outgoing deliveries and project use.
- Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient transportation aligned with project deadlines.
- Receive all inbound shipments, inspect materials, and confirm quantities and specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation and records in line with company procedures and compliance standards.
- Organise warehouse storage systematically, following FIFO and other best-practice inventory methods.
- Perform regular stock counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations.
- Record all stock movements, including incoming and outgoing materials, in the project management system.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-structured at all times.
Requirements
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, with strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, flooring, gym equipment, or the construction-related sector.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage but not a strict requirement.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.
