Description:
We are seeking the services of a Business Analyst with the passion, knowledge, ability and determination to enhance the product and guide business in improving processes, services and software through data analysis.
Specific Responsibilities include
- Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to collect, analyse, and evaluate information from multiple sources.
- Present findings and recommendations to CTO
- Write and document research findings, business requirements, user requirements, and design specifications.
- Continuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiency.
- Collaborating with designers (UI/UX), front-end and back-end development teams to build the product.
- Engage with the internal teams to understand their pain points and propose a solution and work towards delivering the same by engaging with the development team.
- Identify and often implement, potential solutions for a specific client problem or challenge.
- Collaborating with Outsource development teams to engage in a project and to guide the team towards successful development.
- Analyse the feature request being made in the form of ‘Business Requirement Document (BRD)’. Work closely with CTO and stakeholder to follow the approval process.
- Organizing workshops with the business teams and collate all requirements.
- Managing project development stages including cost estimation.
- Converting user requirements to functional requirements and breaking them in to multiple user stories, Planning and managing Scrum implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assist during UAT to ensure business signoff.
- Evaluating new mobile opportunities for enhancing user experience and for continuous improvement to the mobile app.
- Liaise between business and in-house / off-shore Web and Mobile development teams to ensure a perfect understanding of requirements.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions with internal stakeholders to develop innovative product and technologies.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
· 5+ years' of experience as Business Analyst
· Experience in Jira, MS Excel, Data Analytics
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proven experience in Agile development
· Analytical, critical thinking and Problem Solving skills
· Advanced documentation and presentation skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Able to work flexible hours.
