Description:
We are seeking an experienced Web Developer & UI/UX Designer to build high-performance websites for clients across various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of website development, user experience, SEO optimization, and ongoing website management. The ideal candidate will be able to convert concepts into functional, visually compelling websites that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain websites using Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Elementor, and Figma
- Implement SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and website speed optimization
- Connect and manage domains, hosting, and DNS settings
- Develop clean and responsive code using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Perform UI/UX research, create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Manage client website accounts, including updates, backups, and performance monitoring
- Provide technical customer support for all web-related issues
- Integrate email/SMS marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ensure all websites follow branding guidelines and accessibility standards
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and photographers for website content
- Troubleshoot website bugs, plug-in issues, and security vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in website development and UI/UX design
- Strong SEO and SEM knowledge
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Agency experience is an advantage
