This is a full-time on-site role as a Workshop Advisor at Meta Mechanics in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Workshop Advisor, you will be responsible for providing professional services to our clients and ensuring the finest possible solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting customers with their car repair and maintenance needs, managing service appointments, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of luxury car brands and their repair requirements
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
• Experience in automotive repair or related field
• Familiarity with workshop operations and processes
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
• Valid driver's license
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or a related field (preferred)
