Hiring Workshop Floor Manager – Dubai
- Salary : 5000 – 8000 AED
- Nationality: Any
- Language: English, Arabic (Preferred)
- This position will manage and lead a team of people in allocating workload and managing the day to day operations in the workshop.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Looking after all floor operations from repairs, service, maintenance, performance enhancements Etc.
- Regularly monitor progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the Team.
- Report on manpower overruns or shortfalls.
- Offer technical inputs to the technicians, wherever required.
- Ensure Technicians’ optimum utilization, productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure strict implementation of company rules, regulations and procedures within company policies.
- Communicate with purchase team of all the parts, spares & consumables required to complete the work.
- Conduct a check on the vehicles in workshop area, to ensure that all jobs mentioned in the job card have been completed as per quality guidelines.
- Ensure proper job distribution and follow-up so that work is done correctly and as per the job card
- Ability to train and lead a team.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical / Automotive or related field.
- Should be locally available in UAE and ready to join immediately.
- Should have minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in UAE.
- Gulf experience and possess strong automotive knowledge of multiple brands.
- Extensive Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service and general repair
- Strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence vital for this role.
