Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Zoho Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, integrating, and optimizing Zoho applications to support business processes across finance, sales, and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and develop Zoho CRM modules, workflows, functions, and automation using Deluge scripting.
- Configure and manage financial workflows and data integration within Zoho Books.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics to support decision-making.
- Develop and manage integrations between Zoho apps and third-party tools using APIs, Zoho Flow, or custom code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions.
- Maintain data consistency and integrity across Zoho platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications and integrations.
- Provide technical documentation and user training when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Zoho Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Zoho CRM (custom modules, automation, workflows, APIs)
- Zoho Books (invoice customization, integration, automation)
- Zoho Analytics (data blending, report/dashboard creation)
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Good understanding of business process automation and workflow design.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
