Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality 3D visuals and animations for events, digital media, and marketing campaigns.

• Create visual effects (VFX) that enhance storytelling and elevate the visual appeal of client projects.

• Collaborate closely with creative directors, project managers, and the broader design team to align artistic vision with project goals.

• Work independently and proactively to research and adopt emerging tools and AI-driven technologies in 3D design and VFX.

• Translate briefs into compelling 3D mockups and animations that resonate with target audiences.

• Maintain attention to detail while delivering projects within specified timelines and technical specifications.

• Revise and adapt designs based on client feedback while maintaining artistic integrity and quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Animation, Design, Media Arts, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in 3D design and VFX production, preferably within the GCC region.

• Strong proficiency in 3D Max and other relevant 3D modeling and animation tools.

• Demonstrated experience working on UAE-based projects is a strong advantage.

• A keen interest in creative exploration and innovation, particularly in keeping up with AI design trends and emerging creative technologies.

• Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of 3D and VFX work.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Must be currently based in the GCC region.
