Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Renderer to join our events team in Dubai. This full-time, in-office role offers an exciting opportunity to work on dynamic and immersive event design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling 3D visualizations and renderings for live events, exhibitions, product launches, brand activations, and immersive experiences.

The successful candidate will need to have a strong background in 3D design, spatial design, and event flow. You will work closely with creative, production, and technical teams to ensure that designs are both visually stunning and feasible within budget constraints. A strong attention to detail, creativity, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for event concepts, stage designs, exhibition booths, and more.

• Develop mood boards, design concepts, and sketches in collaboration with creative and production teams.

• Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into engaging spatial designs that reflect their brand identity.

• Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure design feasibility and budget compliance.

• Prepare detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions, concept development, and pitch presentations.

• Incorporate client feedback and internal reviews into design revisions.

• Stay updated on trends, materials, and technologies used in the event industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in event design or a similar role.

• Proficiency in 3D design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender.

• Experience with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, or KeyShot.

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Ability to read and create technical drawings and floor plans.

• Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.

• A portfolio showcasing relevant 3D event or spatial design work is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event design.

• Basic animation or motion graphics experience is a plus.

• Understanding of fabrication and materials used in event production.
