Unique World Robotics (UWR), a growing organization dedicated to advancing education in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and future technologies, is currently looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join its Dubai-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to start their careers in the EdTech and STEM education sector.

The role focuses on guiding students and parents while contributing to the organization’s mission of empowering the next generation of innovators. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys engaging with people, understands the importance of education, and is passionate about helping students make informed decisions about their academic and career paths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Guidance: Provide clear and helpful advice to students and parents regarding STEM programs, competitions, and future career opportunities.
• Lead Management: Handle inquiries efficiently and work towards converting potential leads into successful enrollments.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong connections with students, parents, and school representatives.
• Event Support: Assist in organizing and managing outreach initiatives, orientations, and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities are essential.
• Interest in Education & Technology: A genuine passion for learning, innovation, and student development.
• Experience: Prior experience in counselling or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect effectively with students, parents, and educators.
• Location Requirement: Candidates currently holding a UAE visa will be preferred.
