As a Business Development Executive at our company, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and outreach efforts. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and fostering partnerships with educational institutions.

Location: Dubai

Duties

Calls Management: Contact prospects, create awareness about the programs, convince them about the usefulness of the programs according to their requirements, and help them explore the usefulness of the program in implementing it in their careers. Attend phone calls from students and their parents and assist those to fulfill their information needs.
Meeting Arrangement: Regularly contact prospects, inquire about their needs, and invite them to a face-to-face meeting with the concerned counselor.
Counseling: Meeting with the students and their parents for the best option of the course, convincing and converting them to the admission
Documents Collection: collect all the necessary documents from the candidates and make them in soft form, and keep all the hard copies in the records as per the office administrative system.
Records keeping: keep all the relevant records both in the soft and hard copy mode and should be made available when it is needed.
Exam conducting and coordinating the examinations.
University coordination's-setting all the documents and forms for the registration and the university formalities

Skills

1-2 years of sales experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with current and potential customers.
Must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting work (Required).
Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
