Account Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our client, an innovative Software Vendor in the Real Estate space. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This is also a commercially focused role, where you will be responsible for upselling within existing accounts and handling inbound Sales enquiries.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their success with our products and services.
  • Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and video calls to provide support, guidance, and feedback.
  • Understand the client’s needs, goals, and challenges and provide them with tailored solutions and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on the client’s usage, performance, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and value for the client and the company.
  • Handle inbound Sales enquiries, scheduling demos and ultimately taking these through to close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product, and engineering to deliver on the client’s expectations and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Collect and share client feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role in a Real Estate software company OR background in Community Management, looking for a role in Technology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to visit clients or attend events.
