Accountant

Description:

An accountant or accounting professional, is responsible for the management and reporting of financial data of an organization. Their main duties include preparing financial statements, examining and analyzing a company’s accounts and ensuring compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures. MUST HAVE DEPENDENT/SPONSORED VISA OR OWN VISA

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business setup / auditing / accounting consultancy, preferably in the UAE market.
• Freshers are also eligible.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE business laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• Familiarity with banking procedures and financial services in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
• Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
• Updating financial records via accounting software
• Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line
• Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets
