Senior Account Manager

Platformance is expanding its Creator Marketing team and is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join its Dubai office. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in creator or influencer marketing who are passionate about building meaningful client relationships and delivering successful marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing accounts, leading teams, and collaborating with creators and influencers. You will oversee multiple campaigns, maintain strong client partnerships, and contribute to the continued growth of the company’s creator marketing services in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with clients, creators, and influencers.

• Lead creator marketing campaigns from planning through successful execution.

• Supervise and support team members while ensuring project goals are achieved.

• Coordinate multiple campaigns, timelines, and client priorities effectively.

• Monitor campaign performance and deliver high-quality client service.

• Stay updated with influencer marketing trends and social media developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, or account management.

• Previous experience leading and managing teams.

• Established relationships with creators and influencers.

• Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities.

• Arabic fluency is required for the Dubai position.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Influencer and creator marketing strategies.

• Social media platforms and emerging creator trends.

• Account management, campaign execution, and client relationship management.
