FP Realtor is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai. This position is specifically suited for professionals with hands-on experience in the Dubai real estate industry, who are well-versed in local financial practices and regulations. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes.

As an Accountant at FP Realtor, you will be expected to handle day-to-day financial transactions, support budgeting and forecasting efforts, and ensure proper documentation and financial reporting for real estate operations. Your work will play a critical role in maintaining financial health and supporting decision-making for ongoing and future real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with UAE accounting standards.

• Conduct financial analysis and assist in budget planning, cash flow projections, and forecasting.

• Maintain and reconcile accurate records of real estate transactions including lease agreements, sales, and rental income.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT laws and other relevant financial regulations.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including property managers, auditors, and financial institutions.

• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

• Support audit preparations and respond to audit queries with proper documentation.

• Perform ad hoc financial tasks and analysis as required by management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 2–3 years of solid accounting experience specifically within the Dubai real estate industry.

• Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and financial compliance requirements.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); basic Russian language skills will be considered an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
