FounderX is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Accountant to become part of its expanding team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with numbers, maintaining financial accuracy, and supporting smooth accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain precise and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledger entries, journals, and bank reconciliations
• Track daily cash movements and prepare weekly cash flow and cash position reports
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations
• Ensure adherence to UAE VAT laws and support the preparation and submission of FTA VAT returns
• Assist with month-end closing processes such as accruals, prepayments, and expense schedules
• Handle petty cash management and process employee expense reimbursements in line with company policies

📌 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience (UAE experience is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of AP/AR processes, bank reconciliation, and financial accounting operations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and effective time management skills
