SWIFT Day Surgical Centre is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with healthcare industry experience to manage the financial operations of our facility. The role is crucial for ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations, accurate financial reporting, and smooth operational support across healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Accounting Operations: Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Healthcare Billing: Coordinate healthcare billing, track insurance claims, and reconcile revenue streams.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE VAT regulations and internal financial policies.
• Audit Support: Assist with audits, regulatory reporting, and maintain accurate records.
• IFRS Application: Apply IFRS principles in daily operations and month-end closings across multiple entities.
• Timely Posting: Strictly ensure same-month postings to maintain accurate and timely financial reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong experience in UAE VAT and local financial compliance.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
