Description:
We are hiring an experienced Malwari Accountant to manage complete accounting operations for a Small Low cost Mini Hypber maket setup, dealing in low-value items (AED 1–15). The role requires handling accounts independently till finalization and reporting directly to the Owner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end accounting independently
- Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries
- Maintain general ledger, cash book, bank book, and petty cash
- Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations
- Manage supplier payments and daily sales.
- Maintain inventory accounting for retail items
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, expense summaries, cash flow)
- Prepare annual accounts and finalization
- Handle UAE VAT filings and compliance
- Assist with UAE Corporate Tax compliance and documentation
- Maintain proper accounting records and support audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory)
- Minimum 4+ years of UAE experience in a low-cost mini-hypermarketeneral store
- Proven ability to handle retail accounts independently till finalization
- Strong knowledge of VAT filing and UAE Corporate Tax basics
- Experience with accounting software used in UAE retail businesses
- Good knowledge of Excel and reporting
