Accountant

A growing organization in Dubai is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to become part of its professional finance team. This role is suitable for candidates who possess solid accounting expertise and hands-on UAE experience. The company is specifically looking for immediate joiners who are ready to take on responsibilities in a structured and deadline-driven environment.

The ideal applicant should be confident in handling day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting overall financial operations. Strong familiarity with accounting software and compliance requirements within the UAE is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries and ensure accurate financial record-keeping
• Handle Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Prepare and maintain VAT-related documentation in compliance with UAE regulations
• Work with Tally and ERP systems for bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting
• Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting documentation
• Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks and reporting deadlines

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience within the UAE (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with VAT filing and compliance
• Experience managing Accounts Receivable functions
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
• Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines
