Accountant

Description:

Nimet Recycling FZ LLC is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant for an immediate joining opportunity at its operations in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise, hands-on experience in financial management, and the ability to handle end-to-end accounting functions within a fast-paced industrial environment.

The role involves managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and supporting financial reporting, audits, and cost analysis related to shipment and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and manage daily accounting entries and financial transactions

• Handle banking operations including LC/CAD, payments, and financial documentation

• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and petty cash activities

• Perform invoice verification and reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts

• Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, and shipment transactions

• Support internal and external audit processes and ensure compliance standards

• Assist in inventory valuation and cost reconciliation activities

• Analyze shipment costs and support profitability assessments

• Utilize MS Excel and accounting software for financial reporting and data management

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required

• 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience required

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
