Accountant

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Ramz Consultancy in Al Khobar. The Accountant will be responsible for tasks such as preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They will also collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage LPOs (Local Purchase Orders) with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, including VAT reporting and filing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and handle day-to-day accounting tasks.
• Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations efficiently.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in creating and managing LPOs.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Financial Reporting, Account Reconciliation, and Compliance skills
• Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are highly preferred.
