Job Description.

• Receive payment request from procurement team and Issue cheque as per the latest updated account statement for the customer and difference suppliers
• Make sure and verify the invoiced items are completed and delivered as per agreement before proceed with final payment.
• Assist on Coordinate and monitor SOA for all customers and clients.
• Assist on Tracking and following payments from clients.
• Assist on Preparation for monthly Salaries as per HR request
• Assist on Preparation for subcontractor payment.
• Assist on Preparation for monthly financial report.
• Data entry for QuickBox , Invoices

Skills .

• QuickBox Experience
• Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication.
• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Reviewing purchase orders / Invoices and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Tracking SOA For customer and suppliers and keep updated status.
• Preparing bills and invoices.
