Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Oversee logistics operations, including shipment coordination, documentation, and inventory control.
• Process purchase orders, supplier invoices, and ensure timely payments.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs documentation, and stock levels.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting and logistics, preferably in the UAE.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of import/export documentation and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
