Acquisition Lead

 

Description:

The Lead Acquisition Executive is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that generate qualified leads across social and digital channels. This role oversees paid media investments, optimizes marketing funnel performance, manages acquisition budgets, and enhances lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and oversee the end-to-end acquisition strategy to generate qualified leads across social and paid media, digital channels, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Plan, allocate, and optimize acquisition budgets for Meta, LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and affiliate channels.
  • Lead A/B testing, analytics, campaign optimization, and funnel conversion projects to improve ROI.
  • Analyse industry and audience data to inform campaign targeting and creative development.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, CRM, and product teams to maximize lead conversion and customer experience.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in running and managing meta, google, and LinkedIn lead acquisition campaigns or performance marketing.
  • Advanced skills in paid media (Meta/Google/Display), analytics (GA4, CRM), and growth hacking.
  • Proven ability to budget, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns to hit aggressive targets.
  • Candidate must be willing to relocate to The UAE.
