Job Responsibilities:

  • Asset Management: Oversee company assets, including laptops, phones, uniforms, SIM cards, and other office equipment.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure proper upkeep of office assets and facilities.
  • Administrative Operations: Manage day-to-day office administration and coordinate all office-related activities.
  • Front Office Support: Handle reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing office communication.
  • Training Coordination: Book and schedule employee training programs as required.
  • SIM Card Management: Handle SIM card applications, renewals, activations, and replacements.
  • Document Handling: Manage Dubai EID scanning, passport documentation, and employee records.
