Hiring | Admin Executive (Abu Dhabi)
An opportunity is available for an organized and proactive Admin Executive to join a professional team in Abu Dhabi. This role is best suited for a candidate with strong administrative experience, coordination skills, and an energetic personality who can handle multiple office responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
• Handle inside sales support activities and coordinate regularly with suppliers
• Attend in-person meetings with suppliers and support follow-ups as required
• Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Support internal teams with coordination and administrative assistance
• Communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain an enthusiastic, energetic, and positive approach in a fast-paced work environment
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in administration and coordination roles
• Prior exposure to inside sales and supplier coordination is required
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and energetic personality
