Description:
We are seeking a reliable Admin Support professional to assist our Case Manager with daily operational tasks at our Al Rigga office. The successful candidate will keep case files organised, prepare documents and reports, and act as a friendly first point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Case Manager with day-to-day administrative duties and scheduling.
• Prepare and format reports, letters and documents using MS Office.
• Create simple visual or communication materials using Canva as required.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email, providing clear, professional customer service.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date case files and ensure all documentation is properly filed.
• Support other office tasks as needed to help the team run smoothly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tagalog.
• Comfortable with computers and basic office systems.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to handle client interactions professionally.
• Able to work full-time and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
