Description:

This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating appointments and travel arrangements, and performing clerical tasks. Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance experience 1-2 years
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Effective planning, scheduling and time management skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with clerical skills including typing and filing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Fluency in English, verbal and written. A second language such as Arabic or French will be beneficial
  • Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or industrial industry is a plus
