We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a full-time Administrative Assistant based at our headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable standards, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive approach to task management. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations including book keeping.
- Facilitate communication within the organization and with external stakeholders through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Office Managment including maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist in the organization and execution of company events, workshops, and conferences.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth workflow and alignment of objectives.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A strong command of English is a must, Arabic and other languages are a plus.
- Experience in data analytics or technology industry would be a plus.
- Spouse/father visa is a plus.
