Description:
We are seeking a professional and motivated female Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This full-time position supports office operations within the construction/interiors space and is ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ UAE experience who is organized, client-facing, and proficient with Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general secretarial and administrative support, including correspondence and document handling.
• Manage daily office tasks — filing, scheduling, call handling, and receptionist duties.
• Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate with project teams and external stakeholders to follow up on requests and documentation.
• Maintain office records and assist with basic bookkeeping or expense tracking as required.
• Support management with calendar coordination, meeting arrangements, and travel logistics.
• Ensure professional, friendly interaction with clients and site teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years’ UAE work experience — construction, contracting, or interiors background preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Female candidates preferred and expected to present a professional, client-friendly demeanor.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
• Salary range AED 5,000–8,000, dependent on experience and suitability.
