Key Responsibilities:
🗂 Executive Support:
- Manage calendar, meetings, and appointments for management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
📊 Accounts Support:
- Handle petty cash and expense reports.
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliation.
- Liaise with external accountants for VAT filings, audits, etc.
- Maintain records of receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
👥 HR Assistance:
- Maintain employee records and HR database.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Track attendance, leaves, and prepare payroll input.
- Support employee engagement and compliance with labor laws.
🛠Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain office supplies, vendors, and office upkeep.
- Manage correspondence, emails, courier, and filing.
- Support coordination of company events and meetings.
- Ensure documentation and policies are up to date.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar multifunctional role, Freshers welcome to apply
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
