Key Responsibilities:

🗂 Executive Support:

  • Manage calendar, meetings, and appointments for management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

📊 Accounts Support:

  • Handle petty cash and expense reports.
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliation.
  • Liaise with external accountants for VAT filings, audits, etc.
  • Maintain records of receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

👥 HR Assistance:

  • Maintain employee records and HR database.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and prepare payroll input.
  • Support employee engagement and compliance with labor laws.

🛠 Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain office supplies, vendors, and office upkeep.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, courier, and filing.
  • Support coordination of company events and meetings.
  • Ensure documentation and policies are up to date.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar multifunctional role, Freshers welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
