The Unique Gallery, a well-established luxury jewelry brand located in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, is currently looking to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant to support its growing operations. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented and professional individual with a background in administration, preferably within the jewelry or retail sector.

The company is seeking someone who can efficiently manage office operations, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and provide structured administrative support to the sales and management teams. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a luxury retail environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in jewelry or retail industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage client coordination and handle documentation efficiently
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic will be considered an advantage)
  • Currently residing in the UAE

Responsibilities:
