A reputable organization in Abu Dhabi is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join its team. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations and providing comprehensive administrative support to senior staff members.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for senior management
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Organize, maintain, and update files, records, and important documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and internal communications as required
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office workflow
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and business partners courteously and professionally
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Minimum High School Diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred
- Demonstrated experience working as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar administrative capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills will be an advantage
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and work independently as well as collaboratively
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion
