Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files, including company documents, contracts, and licenses.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including company registration, licensing, and visa processes.
- Coordinate with government authorities, banks, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary documents and approvals.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, agendas, and minutes.
- Manage the company's documentation and record-keeping systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and train administrative staff, as required.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government authorities, banks, and service providers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administration, preferably in a real estate company.
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to company registration, licensing, and visa processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
