Administrative Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to join our growing Holiday Homes and Short Term Rental team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong administrative experience in the holiday homes industry, understands DTCM processes, and can confidently manage scheduling, guest communication, and reservation coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Handle DTCM registration, permit filing, renewals, and compliance documentation.

Manage daily reservation schedules and coordinate check ins and check outs

Communicate with guests professionally through Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, email, and phone

Maintain booking records, reports, and guest documentation.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Manage invoices, internal admin tasks, and vendor follow ups.

Ensure all documents are updated including contracts, permits, and property records.

Support the operations team with day to day administrative coordination.

 

Requirements:

 

Previous experience in Holiday Homes or Short Term Rental operations in Dubai.

Strong knowledge of DTCM permit processes and holiday home compliance.

Excellent communication skills in English Arabic is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Comfortable using reservation systems and Excel or Google Sheets.

Ability to handle pressure during high occupancy periods.

Highly organized, responsible, and professional work attitude.
