This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage invoicing processes
- Support accounting preparation and coordination with external tax/accounting partners
- Assist with timesheet preparation and tracking
- Provide team assistance for consultants and management
- Support preparation of:
- Coordinate office organization, including:
- Maintain structured filing and documentation processes
- Support local compliance and administrative requirements in the UAE
