Description:

As Administrative Manager / Office Coordinator in our Middle East office locations in Dubai (UAE) and Cairo (Egypt), you ensure smooth operational processes and provide essential support to the consulting team and leadership.

You are the organizational backbone of the local office — structured, proactive, and trustworthy.

This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism.

 

Your Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage invoicing processes

- Support accounting preparation and coordination with external tax/accounting partners

- Assist with timesheet preparation and tracking

- Provide team assistance for consultants and management

- Support preparation of:

  • Client presentations
  • Reports and documentation
  • Internal communication materials

- Coordinate office organization, including:

  • Vendor coordination
  • Document management
  • Travel and meeting organization

- Maintain structured filing and documentation processes

- Support local compliance and administrative requirements in the UAE

 

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in administration, office management, or accounting support
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Experience with invoicing and accounting preparation
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Professional communication style
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Fluent in English (German or Arabic is a plus)
