Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary with proven experience in the construction industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of construction projects, documentation, and administrative support within the UAE or GCC region.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks and office operations
  • Prepare, review, and manage construction-related documentation and reports
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate communication
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits
  • Maintain project files, records, and correspondence in an organized manner
  • Assist in procurement processes and contract documentation
  • Support project teams with administrative tasks and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant in the construction sector
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
