Role: Administrator – Accreditation & Access Control
Location: Dubai
Availability: Candidate must be based in the UAE and able to join immediately
Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Accreditation & Access Control Administrator to manage badge issuance and access permissions for staff, contractors, tenants and event organisers. The ideal candidate will keep the accreditation database up to date, run access-control operations smoothly, and coordinate vehicle/permit/barcode access for events and site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Issue and manage accreditation and access cards for employees, contractors, tenants, and event organisers.
• Maintain and update the accreditation database, ensuring accurate records and version control.
• Coordinate pre-approved access, vehicle permits, and barcode generation for events and special requests.
• Support day-to-day access-control operations—issue temporary passes, validate credentials, and resolve access problems.
• Work closely with security, HR, facilities, and event teams to ensure seamless access workflows.
• Ensure compliance with access policies and assist with audits or checks as required.
Requirements:
• Currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate start.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accreditation, access control, or a closely related administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Good communication and coordination skills; comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with databases and access-control systems is preferred.
