Brillianz Educational Group is urgently seeking a proactive and results-oriented Admission Counselor to join their dynamic sales team in Dubai. This full-time role focuses on counseling prospective students about the educational programs offered and converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments.

The Admission Counselor will play a key role in driving the growth of the institution by applying structured follow-up strategies, achieving monthly sales targets, and building lasting relationships with prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and guidance to prospective students on available educational programs.

• Proactively convert inquiries into student enrollments through effective follow-up communication.

• Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets using strategic sales techniques.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.

• Work collaboratively with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in education sales, either within the UAE or the candidate’s home country.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with prospective students and families.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

• Applicants must be currently available in the UAE; candidates on Visit Visa with sales experience are welcome.
