This is a full-time, on-site role for Admission Counselors - Canada and Europe, located in Dubai. The role involves providing personalized counseling to students for university admissions in Canada and Europe, ensuring their applications align with their aspirations. Key responsibilities include guiding students through course selection, assisting with university applications, coordinating visa processes, and maintaining effective communication with both students and partner universities. Additionally, the role includes promoting Bright Minds’ services to potential students and fostering positive relationships with educational institutions.

Qualifications

The candidate must have UAE experience in an Education Consultancy.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and excellent overall Communication skills to effectively advise and encourage students and build partnerships with institutions.
• Proven Customer Service aptitude to provide professional guidance and support throughout the entire admissions process.
• Sales experience to promote educational opportunities and Bright Minds' services to potential students and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the Education sector, including knowledge of international university admissions, courses, and visa processes.
• Proficiency in working within a dynamic, multicultural environment and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Fluency in additional languages and prior experience in counseling or recruitment for international education will be considered beneficial.
