Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor specializing in study abroad opportunities, based in Dubai. The Admission Counselor will assist students with university admissions by providing tailored counseling, guiding them through course and institution selection, and offering support for application processes, including visa applications. The role involves maintaining close communication with students, building strong relationships, and collaborating with institutions to ensure successful placements for prospective students.

Qualifications

Candidate must have UAE experience in an Education Consultancy.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact and guide students and clients.
• Proven customer service abilities to support students throughout the study abroad process.
• Sales and persuasion skills to promote educational services and engage prospective clients.
• Understanding of the education sector with an informed approach to university admissions and program selection.
• Proficiency in multi-lingual communication is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Education, Counseling, or Communications is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
