We're growing — and we're looking for an Admissions & Sales Lead to sit at the centre of that growth.

About the Role

This is not a standard sales role. You will own the entire admissions and sales process at TAC — from the first enquiry to the confirmed seat. You'll also supervise a small team of telecallers and be directly responsible for 90% seat fulfillment across all planned monthly workshops.

The right person for this role won't just close enquiries. They'll make people feel seen before they've even walked through the door.

What You'll Own

— Full sales funnel management — lead to confirmed enrollment — Handling inbound enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone — Guiding prospective participants through TAC's programs and admissions process — Converting enquiries into registrations with a clear seat fulfillment target — Supervising, training, and managing a team of telecallers — Setting and tracking weekly targets for the team — Maintaining CRM records and enquiry data — Weekly reporting on leads, conversions, and batch fulfillment — Coordinating with internal teams on schedules and capacities

What We're Looking For

— 2–4 years in sales, admissions, or business development — Prior experience supervising a sales team — Excellent communication in English and Hindi — warm, clear, and confident — Strong follow-up discipline and CRM experience — Target-driven but people-first in approach — Genuine interest in arts, performance, or creative culture is a strong plus
