Description:
Our Client is seeking a dynamic AI Consulting Presales Lead to help shape AI-powered digital transformation journeys for Their clients in BFSI and other Industries. This role blends consulting expertise, solution design, and strategic presales to craft compelling value propositions that accelerate client adoption of Company AI solutions.
You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging client needs with Company AI and automation capabilities, and help position our portfolio to drive measurable impact across Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and other CX workflows.
As the Presales Manager you will:
• Engage with clients, understand business challenges, and translate them into AI consulting use
cases, evangelizing the use of AI.
• Design, present tailored solution roadmaps, create prototypes and demos, and coordinate delivery of proof-of-concepts to client stakeholders and executives (CMO, CIO, CTO, Heads of Digital, CRM, CX).
• Partner with Sales, Consulting, and Product teams to deliver deal-winning proposals that articulate clear business value and ROI.
• Develop consulting-led proposals and pricing models (license-based, usage-based, revenue-share, fixed fee, etc.).
• Shape responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring alignment of technical, commercial, and legal elements.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with product engineering, data science, and service
delivery teams to ensure feasible and scalable solutions.
• Act as the content owner for proposals, presentations, and repositories of AI solutions and case
studies.
• Conduct internal and external kick-off sessions to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.
• Actively research customer industries, operational areas, and business pain points to identify
potential synergies with Company AI-driven CLTV solutions, enabling the design of tailored, proactive sales pitches.
• During Sales Cycle:
➢ Owner of Entire Bids & Proposal creation including Legal, Commercials, GCC/SCC, Third Party
Component Synergy and its Documentation (Third Party Partner is not owned by them)
➢ Arrange IBD Call if it requires Cross Functional Work specially in case of RFI/RFP/RFX, Tender, etc... and track that along with respective Bids & Proposal Teams
Experience and Educational Qualifications:
• MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institute and a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology.
• 8+ years of presales / solution consulting experience, preferably in AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation domains.
• Proven success in AI consulting-driven presales with enterprise clients, leveraging Design Thinking to shape solution strategies.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, automation platforms, and their application in business contexts.
• Exposure to global markets (Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe preferred).
• Speak Arabic and English
