Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled IT Applications Specialist with solid functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Professionals with experience as ERP Functional Consultants or ERP Managers (specifically in Business Central) are encouraged to apply.
Role Overview:
- Oversee, configure, and provide functional support for all modules within MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Manage HubSpot CRM, including automation workflows, integrations, and analytical reporting.
- Build insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI and develop complex SQL queries.
- Handle advanced Excel tasks such as Power Query, pivoting, and macro-based modeling.
- Liaise with external IT AMC partners to ensure timely system maintenance and support.
- Deliver end-user training on ERP and CRM platforms while promoting essential cyber security practices.
- Diagnose application issues and contribute to continuous process enhancement.
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (Logistics, Service, Finance).
- Proven involvement in Business Central/NAV implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel functions.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, cyber security fundamentals, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication and training capabilities.
