Description:

 

We are looking for a talented and proactive Architect with 2–3 years of UAE experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills, the ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines, and experience working on architectural and fit-out projects.

 

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

 

Prepare and develop architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max

 

Perform quantity surveying / material take-offs from architectural & fit-out drawings

 

Assist in design development and detailing for ongoing projects

 

Coordinate closely with the Engineering Manager, Structural Engineers, and MEP Engineers to ensure accurate and timely project execution

 

Review drawings for accuracy, compliance, and design intent

 

Support site teams with clarifications, revisions, and technical details

 

Maintain organized documentation and ensure project deadlines are met

 

🔸 Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in architecture

 

2–3 years of professional experience in the UAE

 

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max

 

Strong understanding of architectural detailing, fit out works, and materials

 

Ability to prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material estimates

 

Excellent coordination and communication skills

 

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team environment
