We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our team for the development of a Persian-inspired restaurant in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced architectural professional who is passionate about hospitality design and creating unique dining environments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering the project while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. You will collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and project teams to bring an exceptional architectural vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs for a Persian-inspired restaurant project.

• Prepare design concepts, drawings, and project documentation.

• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and authority requirements.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Monitor design quality throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support project execution from concept through completion.

• Deliver creative and functional architectural solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

• UAE-based Architect with relevant local experience.

• Proven experience in restaurant, hospitality, or F&B projects within the UAE.

• UAE licensed or eligible for professional licensing.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to deliver innovative design solutions.

• Experience working with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Architectural design and project coordination.
