Architectural Bim Coordinator

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate BIM (Building Information Modeling) projects.
• Manage and maintain BIM standards as per ISO 19650.
• Generate detailed reports and ensure compliance with COBie, BIM Class, and Omni Class standards.
• Utilize Navisworks for clash detection and model review.
• Work with Digital Twin technologies and AI Manuals.
• Review engineering models at LOD-400 and approve them for further use.
• Collaborate with engineering consultants and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM.
• Graduation in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of COBie, Navisworks, and BIM standards.
• Experience with ISO 19650, Digital Twin, AI Manuals, BIM Class, and Omni Class.
• Background in working with engineering consultants and reviewing LOD-400 models.
• Locally available candidates only; immediate availability preferred.
• Excellent communication and report generation skills.
